Notarial Public Services

A Notary Public is an admitted attorney who has passed the competency examination for Notarial Practice and who has been admitted as a Notary Public by the High Court of South Africa.

  2. authenticate formal documents executed in South Africa for use outside its borders,
  3. drafting antenuptial contracts (generally referred to as an ANC);
  4. long term lease;
  5. drafting and registering of Notarial Deeds of Servitude’s; and
  6. all other aspects of Notarial work
