Notarial Public Services
A Notary Public is an admitted attorney who has passed the competency examination for Notarial Practice and who has been admitted as a Notary Public by the High Court of South Africa.

- witness signatures;
- authenticate formal documents executed in South Africa for use outside its borders,
- drafting antenuptial contracts (generally referred to as an ANC);
- long term lease;
- drafting and registering of Notarial Deeds of Servitude’s; and
- all other aspects of Notarial work
