Teboho is the founder and Managing Director of Phello Attorney’s who obtained his LLB Degree from the University of South Africa in 2014 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in April 2016. His life as an entrepreneur started at a tender age of 20 and one of his passion is in fitness, he is the founder of a gym (Gym Clinic) which he incorporated in 2010 until to date.
Teboho served his articles in a small yet dynamic law firm, GSG Attorneys based in the Tshwane. His employment at the firm afforded him the opportunity to specialize in Road Accident Fund matters (High Court Litigation).
Between November 2014 and March 2016, he ceded his articles to one of the biggest law firms in Boksburg, Tuckers Attorneys– where he was able to broaden his legal knowledge on matters related to Family Law (divorce and child maintenance), Debt Collection, Criminal law, Labour Law, Deceased Estate and General Litigation.
Following his admission as an Admitted Attorney in April 2016 until July 2017, he worked in a Legal Customer Care Call Centre where he provided sound legal advice (telephonically and in-person consultations) in the areas of labour law, general civil and criminal matters.
In August 2017 until December 2022, one of his greatest moments in his career, he was employed at The Standard Bank of South Africa as a Banking Lawyer, where he gained a wealth of experience and possesses strong stakeholder management skills. He gained extensive experience in various types of services which includes and not limited to Assignment Agreement, various types of security agreements, Banking Facility Agreements, Syndicated Loan Agreements and International Trade Finance.

Daniel is an experienced Employment and Labour Law expert that spans over a period of 25 years. He has been involved in dispute resolution matters that encompasses representation at various Bargaining Councils and Council for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA). He provides training and guides companies on how to chair or conduct disciplinary hearings. With his expertise in chairing disciplinary hearings, Daniel has been on numerous occasions requested to Chair disciplinary hearings. With his vast knowledge of all the South African Labour legislation, such as the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Employment Equity Act (EEA) which includes the Broad-Based Black Employment Equity, Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA), Skills Development Act (SDA) Daniel has advised clients on the implementation of the legislation. One of the highlights in his career is his involvement with various companies in the implementation of Section 189 of the LRA that involves retrenchments.

Sindiswa Ngcobo is a highly experienced and dedicated conveyancing professional with over a decade of hands-on expertise in the legal and property sector. Currently serving as a Senior Conveyancing Secretary at Phello Attorneys.
Sindiswa’s career in began after completing her National Diploma in Management (2011) and B.Tech Degree in Management Services (2012) at the University of Johannesburg. She further strengthened her legal expertise with a Legal Office Management Certificate (2016) through The Law Society of South Africa (L.E.A.D) and a conveyancing short course through the Gavie Le Roux Institute of Law and is currently studying her LLB.
In addition to her legal experience, Sindiswa broadened her skills through a role as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Intern, gaining valuable exposure to property markets, client engagement, and business development.
Driven by continuous growth, Sindiswa aspires to become a Conveyancer, where she can further expand her expertise and take on greater responsibility within the legal profession. Felicity is a dedicated accounting professional with a strong academic foundation and extensive practical experience in finance, taxation, and office management. She holds a BCom Accounting degree from the University of the Free State (UFS) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from UNISA, equipping her with advanced technical knowledge and a solid understanding of South African tax legislation.
Her career began at Agape Chartered Accountants, where she worked from 2019 to 2024, progressing through key roles including Trainee Accountant, Supervisor, and Office Manager. During this time, she developed expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, audit support, team supervision, and operational administration. Her ability to adapt, lead, and maintain high professional standards contributed significantly to the firm’s efficiency and client service delivery.
Currently, she serves as an Accountant at Phello Attorneys, where she manages financial processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports strategic decision making through accurate financial insights. Her passion for continuous learning, combined with her strong interpersonal skills, allows her to engage effectively with diverse personalities and build meaningful professional relationships.

Precious Lethole is an accomplished administrative and operations professional with over 15 years of experience supporting executives, managing complex business functions, and driving operational efficiency across the legal, broadcasting, and corporate sectors. She currently serves as the Personal Assistant to the Director of Phello Attorneys, where she provides high‑level executive support, manages strategic communication, coordinates legal administration, and ensures the smooth functioning of the director’s office.
Before joining Phello Attorneys, she held senior roles within 4Racing (Phumelela Gaming and Leisure – Tellytrack), most recently as Administration Manager. In this role, she oversaw expenditure control, managed freelance and contractor invoicing, coordinated staff rosters, ensured HR compliance, and maintained strict ICASA‑aligned security protocols within broadcast environments. She also played a key role in customer service, data‑flow management, and facility maintenance, ensuring operational excellence across multiple departments.
Prior to this, she served for over a decade as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Tellytrack, where she became known for her exceptional organizational ability, communication skills, and leadership in managing executive schedules, stakeholder relations, administrative systems, and high‑priority projects. Her role required discretion, precision, and the ability to operate under pressure while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Her earlier career includes serving as Campaign Manager at SPM Direct, where she managed major campaigns for FNB and Momentum, recruited and trained agents, drafted contracts, presented performance reports to the board, and supported consultants with client queries and employer group training.
