  2. Notice of registered office and postal address (CM22)
  3. Company proof of address reflecting company name (not older than 3 months)
  4. Document reflecting South African company tax number
  5. Company share certificate
  6. Fica for each director and shareholder:
    6.1 Identity document
    6.2 Passport (if foreigner)
    6.3 Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
    6.4 IRP5 or payslip reflecting South African tax number

CLOSE CORPORATIONS - CC

  1. Certificate of Incorporation / Founding Statement (CK1 or CK2)
  2. CC proof of address reflecting CC name (not older than 3 months)
  3. Document reflecting South African CC tax number
  4. Fica for each member:
    4.1 Identity document
    4.2 Passport (if foreigner)

TRUSTS

  1. Trust Deed
  2. Letters of Authority issued by the Master of the High Court

PARTNERSHIPS

  1. Partnership Agreement
  2. Partnership proof of address reflecting partnership name (not older than 3 months)

  4. Fica for each partner and executive manager:

    4.3 Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)

DECEASED ESTATES – TESTATE / INTESTATE / SALE TO THIRD PARTY

  1. Death certificate or death notice
  2. Identity document of deceased
  3. Fica for executor or representative:
    3.1 Identity document
    3.2 Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
    3.3 IRP5 or Payslip reflecting South African tax number
  4. Letters of Executorship or Letters of Authority
  5. Copy of Liquidation & Distribution account (certified by Masters Office)
  6. Individual fica for each heir/ beneficiary:

  1. Copy of will (certified by Masters Office) – testate
  2. Particulars of next of kin affidavit (certified by Masters Office) – intestate
  3. Affidavit by executor that the deceased died without a will – intestate

DECEASED ESTATES SALE TO THIRD PARTY

  1. JM 33 application to be signed by executor or representative
  2. Heirs to sign consent to sale
  3. Certified sale agreement
  4. Copy of will (certified by Masters Office)

ADDITIONAL SELLER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  1. Original title deeds or Notarial deeds of EUA
  2. Copy of Offer to purchase
  3. Copy of latest municipal rates account reflecting property value
  4. 2 independent estate agent property valuations – if requested
  5. Latest bond account statement – if mortgaged
